Dragon Boat Festival Coming Soon

The 6th annual Prospera Vernon Dragon Boat Festival and Pledge Drive takes place Saturday August 13, 2016 at Kalamalka Lake.  The event brings paddlers from across the province for a great day filled with exciting racing, fund raising, fabulous race souvenirs and the 3rd Annual Water Ski Challenge!  Registration deadline is August 1st.The Beachside Market will be open from 9 am to 3 pm, featuring local businesses, community groups and organizations.  All proceeds from the Festival and Beachside Market registrations go directly to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation.Funds raised from the event will purchase biopsy gun systems for the mammography unit at VJH.  To register for the event click here.
