Wine Women & Woods Tee off for the Cure Seeking Teams for Tournament

Message from Wine, Women & Woods Tee Off for the Cure Golf Tournament Committee:

We are in the most unfortunate position of having to cancel the Wine Women & Woods golf tournament scheduled for May 26th.

We waited as long as we could but we have just not had the response for participants that we expected to make this event a success. We have had great support from our local community with donations and prizing so we are hopeful that we can still schedule a fundraising event in the near future. We are not certain that we will be able to have the golf portion as the golf course is already fairly booked up for the year but we are thinking about a dinner/auction/dance evening. We will update this site as soon as we can so that you can put it on your calendar.

If you have registered a team for the tournament already, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know if you would like a refund or would like to make a donation to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation and receive a tax receipt.

Once again, thank you for your support.

Registrations are open for the annual Wine Women and Woods Tee off for the Cure Golf Tournament at Predator Ridge on Saturday, May 26!

Teams of four (plus one caddie) can register online at or by downloading a printable registration form to complete and email.

This year’s event will feature 9 holes on the Predator Course and include 3 unique putting holes. Teams will be made up of 4 women with the option to add a 5th person (male or female) as a caddie. Caddies will also be available for purchase, with all funds going to VJH Foundation.

Wine, Women & Woods soared to great heights in previous years raising over a million dollars that was donated to VJH Foundation.

In 2017, funds purchased a Gamma Probe System which is used to detect mutated cells and tumors in the breast prior to surgery so the surgeon can remove all of the cancerous cells and tissue.

Funds raised at this year’s tournament will help purchase new equipment at Vernon Jubilee Hospital that add in the fight against cancer.

Help us make Health Care better for all residents in the North Okanagan!
