Despite a slow start, the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation’s Light a Bulb campaign raised $251,940, surpassing its $250,000 goal. “It started a little slower than expected, but in the end, the community came through,” says Campaign Co-Chair Richard Finn. “We asked for help and people responded with resounding support.” Businesses, individuals and organizations contributed to the Campaign in amounts of $10 to more than $25,000….
